Nathalie assists managers and issuers on financial communication issues.
Nathalie has developed particular expertise in financial communication, investor relations consulting and crisis communication on behalf of issuers.
With 20 years of experience in corporate communication techniques, she works with listed companies or companies in the process of being listed (medium or large ETIs) in the coordination and success of their capital operations (debt including LBOs and equity) and the management of their economic and financial communication as well as their investor relations.
Before joining EUROCIF, Nathalie worked in market banking (SG) where she notably participated in the IPO of Fimatex, now Boursorama, joined Crédit Foncier de France and then Geodis as Director of Financing, M&A and Investor Relations to lead the capital increase and refinancing in a context of strong international external growth. She was appointed Director of Investor Relations, Economic and Financial Communication for Seqens, LBO Lyonnais, the world's leading aspirin producer and a major player in pharmaceutical synthesis, to steer the refinancing and the economic and financial communication of the Group. She regularly advises the Board of Directors on corporate finance and investor relations issues.
Education:
Nathalie holds an MBA from Sciences Po (2005) and an M2 Finance from the University of Lyon. She also holds the HEC ICCF Certificate in Corporate Finance and the European ESG Diploma (Certified Environment, Social, Governance Analyst) awarded by EFFAS.
